Article 30-(10). The term of validity shall be indicated on the spare parts certificate and the Certification Tag under Article 17 paragraph 3 in accordance with the terms specified in the following table:

Article 30-(11). In case of the spare parts certification and the confirmation under Article 17 paragraph 3 of the Law, the type of aircraft in which the certified or confirmed spare parts may be installed, shall be specified in accordance with strength, structure and characteristics, thereof

Article 30-(12). The scope specified in the Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under Article 17 paragraph 5 of the Law shall be major repair or alteration (except minor alteration for spare parts which will be installed on the glider) defined in the table of Article 24.
